It is a quick and easy DIY to do with holiday spices you’ve probably already got in your cupboards, and you can package it all up sweetly by reusing old condiment jars with a bit of jute or ribbon to complete the gifty goodness.

2 Cinnamon Sticks
¼ Teaspoon Cloves
4 Teaspoons Cardamom Pods
8 Whole Star Anise
Jar of Fairtrade Organic Palm-Free Sugar
Nutmeg (to taste)
1 Vanilla Bean
HOW TO
