Whether you are making a fancy dinner at home or have hard-to-get reservations for Valentine’s Day, I suggest this Rooibos Chai-infused chocolate fondue recipe be your dessert. It is super easy to make, and what’s more romantic than a homemade treat? Not only that, it is only three ingredients!
Add 2/3 cup of half and half to a small pot and warm it over a medium heat. When the milk begins to steam, add in five Numi Organic Roobios Chai teabags.
Cover the pot, remove from the stove, and let the tea steep in the milk for three minutes.
Remove the teabags, and place the pot back on the burner. Again warm the milk over a medium heat until it begins to steam.
Add in one 12-ounce bag of chocolate chips. Slowly and continuously, stir the mixture until all of the chocolate has melted and combined with the milk. Remove from heat.
Serve with your favorite dippers, such as strawberries or marshmallows.
