Ingredients
1/2 cup of honey
2 cups of sugar (I used Belgian rock sugar, but you can use any kind)
1 tsp white vinegar
1/4 cup water
teaspoons
candy thermometer
How To
- Place all the ingredients into a pot
- Bring the mixture to boil on a medium, stirring constantly
- Keep stirring until the mixture comes to a gentle simmer and keep cooking until it reaches the hard crack stage
- Remove from heat
- Dip your spoons into the mixture and place each spoon on a plate or greased cookie tray to set
