Steel cut or regular? Do you heat or eat cold?
I have found all styles work (steel cut, rolled, etc.) but you may find you have a preference. I eat them cold right out of the fridge, because I am lazy, but heating them up works too.
Hello, Jerry,
I am an absolute Overnigts fan and am always looking for new great recipes that I can try out. So I just landed on your great blog ๐
Your healthy recipe comes at exactly the right time. Now on the weekend I get a visit from a friend, she lives very healthy and pays extreme attention to her diet.
The combination of oat flakes, green tea and Matcha will please her very much ๐
Many thanks for the great recipe!
I also know now what I will eat tomorrow morning ๐
Can I make the oats 2-3 days in advance or is it better to prepare them fresh the evening before?
Best regards,
Nadine
P.S.: My English isn’t the best, but I hope it’s enough ๐
Glad you like it, Nadine! If you are going to make it ahead, and I believe you can, I suggest doing it in a sealed container or covering it with plastic.
