Purchase a gratitude journal and gift it to yourself or a friend. Commit to really listening during conversations today. Smile at (and even say ""hello"" to) someone you pass on the street today. Support a local business by writing a positive review online. Ask someone to be your gratitude buddy and share something you're grateful for with each other.
